Delegating files to share

For some reason, though it is shared, I cannot access our
office e-mail's "Sent Items" folder from my computer. I
have been set up as a delegate - I have been
given "Owner" priviledges, but when I try the "Open ->
Other Users Folder" File command, it doesn't give me the
option. What's the point of allowing us to designate the
folder as shared (Right click folder -> Properties ->
Permissions) if I can't access it?

I've even tried copying the "Sent Items" folder to the
Inbox, but when I access the Inbox (which I *can* do) it
won't give me a Folder List.

HELP!!!

Thanks.

You'll need to add this mailbox to your folderlist to view these folders.
Make sure you've got "Folder visible" permissions on the Outlook Today level
of that mailbox as well otherwise you'll not be able to expand the mailbox.
To add the mailbox to your folderlist you'll need to go to your Exchange
server its properties-> button More Settings...-> tab Advanced
