Delegating DNS rights

My DNS is running on 3 domain controllers.
All the zones are AD integrated.

I want to give an non-administrator user the right to ADD or Remove Alias
records from the DNS.
How can i accomplish this without giving him rights to control DNS zones
setup?

This can be done by giving this user modify writes to the zone. Open the properties of the zone and go to the Security tab. Add
the user and the needed writes to the zone. If the user will be modifying the zone from the DC itself, you will need to also give this
user the logon locally right to the DC.

Thank you,
