I have a manager that wants someone else to schedule a meeting for
them, have it placed on the manager's calendar, yet have the other
person receive all responses to the meeting. This is in an Exchange
2000 environment using Outlook 2000.
i.e., what we want:
1) Secretary accesses her manager's calendar and creates appointment
and adds 5 people (or however many) to the meeting.
2) Attendees either accept or deny the meeting. Responses come back
to the secretary. That would update the entry on her manager's
calendar.
Currently if the secretary creates the appointment in her manager's
calendar, all responses to the meeting are sent back to the manager.
Any ideas? Thanks a ton for any ideas. I'm not sure this can be
done.
