I am using Outlook 2000 with Exchange 5.5, and I set up
delegates for a community email box. However when the
delegates attempt to send on behalf of the community email
box the email appears to come directly from the delegate's
email ID, and not on behalf of the community email box. I
have made sure my Delegates Tab is set up correctly and I
have verified permissions in the community email box. Has
anyone else run into this problem?

if you fill in the "From" field you'll see "mailbox name send on behalf of
username". If you give "send as" permissions in Exchange and you use the
"From" field you'll see only the mailbox name.

I hope this helped!

your welcome

yes, you could create a template (*.oft) and use this when you create a
message (New-> Choose Form). To create a template simply create a new
message and choose save as... and select *.oft. Also you can publish the
form by using (when the mail you just created is open) Tools-> Forms->
Publish Form.

Good Luck!
