Delegate's scheduling manager's meetings in outlook 2003

How does a delegate schedule a meeting using the manager's contacts in
Outlook 2003. it worked fine in 2000 now it doesn't in 2003
 
Do they have permissions on the manager's calendar and contact folder?

The delegate has full permissions to the manager's mailbox. She can view his
mailbox withing her own. When she clicks on his calendar to set up a meeting
for him and tries to invite people from his contacts, she can only see her
contact folder within Calendar. She wants to be able to choose his contacts.
 
What if you add the manager's mailbox as a secondary mailbox to the
delegate? Tools->Options->Mail Setup->Accounts->View or Change, highlight
the Exchange account->Change->More Settings (taking a breath and a drink of
water) ->Advanced Tab and add the manager's mailbox here?

Yes full permission on the manager's contacts and calendar.
