Delegates being reminded of appointments

Good Day, is there a way Outlook can remind the delegate
(the reviewer of a calendar) of an appointment. I need my
secretary to remind me when I am out and about. She can
access my calendar but it is not reminding her.

Any thoughts? thank you in advance.

She would have to copy the appointment to her calendar and add a reminder.
