Delegate Setup for Meetings Error

I can't get the delegate set up to have all meeting requests sent to her.
THey check box is greyed out when I add the delegate.
I have 2003 server small business and using outlook 2002.
Any help would be appreciated.

Additional information - this user who wants the delagate to accept meetings
also has a blackberry installed.
