delegate settings are not the same as primary user in Calendar

Admin assitant has delegate rights to MGR calendar but her settigns are not
the same as MGR settings ?
 
So what is the question? Cryptic statements do not get answers - problems clearly stated with accurate information about Outlook versions, Windows versions, and problem that need resolution do get answers.
