Hi Majid-
1) On the Windows 2000 Server, click Start, Programs, Administrative Tools,
Active
Directory Users and Computers.
2) In the Users container, find the primary user who requires delegate
access and
double click that user to open the properties sheets for the user.
3) On the Exchange Advanced tab, click Mailbox Rights.
4) Click Add, then select the user who is to be the delegate and click Add,
then
click OK.
5) Click to select the delegate that now appears in the Name box, then in
the
Permissions box, click the checkbox for Full Mailbox Access, then click OK.
Note. If the delegate requires Send On Behalf Of rights instead of full
access, the
Exchange General tab in the primary user's properties sheets has a Delivery
Options
button that can be used to assign those rights. Click the Delivery Options
button,
then in the Send on Behalf section click Add, then select the user for whom
you
wish to grant these rights, then click OK.
