delegate rights

Background information: I am using Outlook 2002 (SP2) on clients with an
Exchange 2000 server environment.

Is there a way I can set the delegate rights on a group? I have a need to
have my administrative group have certain access to the executives
calendars, contacts and tasks. So I would like to set this via a group as
opposed to listed and setting the rights for each individual. When I try
and set the permissions on the group, the permissions don't stay. (I exit
out of Outlook and go back into the applications and check to see what the
permissions are, they are all wiped out). I assume this is probably because
I am trying to set the permissions to a distribution group. Can anyone
offer some feedback?
