We have delegated some users at each of our sites the
right to resest passwords and create accounts. All the
permissions on the OU's appear to be fine and if they are
at the central office it works fine. If they go back to
thier sites and log in, the user gets created with an
access is denied message and is disabled. When they try
to enable the user it says the password doesn't meet the
password complexity requirements we have set and they
can't change the password. If they come back to the
central office and log in, they can clik on the disableed
account and reset the password and it all works fine. Any
ideas why this is happening? Replication problem? AD
problem? Thanks!!!
