Delaying Startup order for certain programs

I need to delay the startup of a messaging program (Winsent) until the
wireless network is established. Is it possible to tweak the order/time
taken for items to start up? This program is not in the Startup folder
btw. but is in the startup tab of msconfig. I have looked at TweakUI for
XP but it doesn't have an option for this.

I also looked at a KB article on startup dependencies but it seemed to
be beyond me.

Any suggestions please?
Many thanks.

Since networking is established before you login under a particular
account, you could remove the startup item from the registry Run key
and use Task Scheduler to load it "at logon". Then the program starts
when you login, not when you start Windows.

Now that one I haven't heard of - thanks.
Min you - the wireless network I have always seems to go down at logon
and then come back againafter about 30 seconds so we'll see.

That worked nicely - at restart, and logon to the user account, I got no
error message from winsent which has loaded and seems happy that a
network is present. Thanks!
