Delayed Write Failed

I am receiving a " Delayed Write Failed" msg whenever I try to save info to my "F" Drive. With an Event ID: 50. in the "ntfs".

My system config. is:

Gigabyte MB 7ZXE

AMD CPU Athlon 2000 XP

PC 256mb SDRAM PC133
PC 128mb SDRAM PC133

C Drive: Maxtor 80gig 7200 RPM 8mb

F Drive: Maxtor 20gig 5400 RPM.

When I installed Win XP, I divided my C Drive in 1/2. I have C drive at 39 Gig and my E drive at 39 Gig.
Win XP is running from the C Drive. My E Drive is for Data.

My F Drive is being used for VCD and for data back up.

I have no problems working within C or E. But any time I try to access my F Drive to save information. I receive Delayed Write Failed.

In the CM under Events. It list Event ID: 50 along with ntfs.

Anyone with any ideas?

I would be inclined to do a complete scan of the drive before going any
further if you haven't already done this.
The drive isn't full is it?
