To Whom It May Concern,

I am not a tech professional whatsoever..

I tried every fix I could find at Microsoft.
Nothing Helped whatsoever...

This is what happens:

I could be writing an email for my files for my
safelist members and just up comes that message:
delayed write failed and you lost all your work
or files..
I don't know if that's it exactly but it tells me
I lost everything I was doing at that moment..
But that's not all that heppens; Then it goes all
black and completely shuts down and it automatically
starts up restoring it over and over again.. So any
Updates or fixes I tried to do are lost and the problem
persists and does the same thing over and over and over.

How do I complete a Hot Fix?

Can anyone tell me how I can solve the problem myself
as I do not have any money whatsoever being on a
disability income..

Is there any way possible at all that can I try one of
those fixes.. Please help me if you can, I'm just about
in tears and really sick over this.. I wouldn't mind if
I done something wrong, but I absolutely done nothing
to cause this problem..

Looking for your help so I can get on with my little
safelist business I have online.. I cannot even send out
my Daily Updates in fear of losing all of my hard work.

Thank you for all of your help in advance,

Bob Wright

For a start, try disabling delayed write

Right click on My Computer and choose Properties
Click on the Hardware tab then click Device Manager
Click on the + sign next to Disk Drives to list the hard drives on
your computer
Right click on your hard drive and choose Properties
On the Properties screen, click on Policies tab
Uncheck the box "Enable write caching on the disk"
OK etc

See if you still get problems

Hope that helps
