Delayed Rules in Outlook (2007)

Is it possible to make a rule that delays moving a message to another folder
in Outlook?

For instance, I get alerts from Servers Alive, a monitoring program. As I
receive these alerts, I would like to have them stay in my Inbox for say, 12
hours, so they appear on my Blackberry's Inbox, and then would be moved to a
my "Servers Alive" folder that I made in Outlook, after that time has
passed.

So, I guess it would be good if I could check that the message came from
(e-mail address removed), and then check that the time it arrived +12Hrs is
greater than the current time.

I just don't know where I can make it do that.

If you have a different solution, that elicits the same effect, I'm open to
that as well.
Thanks for any help!

Rules run during a receive event (i.e., when new items are delivered into
the Inbox folder). The only way they run later is if you run them manually.

Switch from POP to IMAP (if your e-mail provider has IMAP). Or configure
your POP accounts in Outlook to "leave messages on server" (and add the
"delete from server N days after receive" option to keep your mailbox from
filling up).
