Delayed Launch

Takes over 3 minutes to launch from desktop shortcut.
Fairly fast machine, Windows XP (SP/1), 2.24 GHz, 512MB
RAM.

I have exactly the same problem and also very slow start
up of Windows XP (sp2) now.
