Delayed Launch of 6.0

When launching IE 6.0, it takes approximately 45 seconds
for it to respond, previusly, it only took 5 second to
load. Any suggestions?

First eliminate any scumware.

Note that AdAware and SpyBot S & D will each catch some things the other
won't. Also, each need to be updated before every use, even when just
downloaded.

If trying everything at that site does not fix the problem please post back

I have been having the same problem for the last few days,
and I haven't been able to find a solution to it.
