Delay when right click mouse

when I right click any file from this server it delay 10sec
until menu come. elso same thing when i try by remote
access.

I have win2000 server that is domain and exchange
server2000.

this problem is happen recently and i'am sur that is not
from antivirus software.

Most common causes are the latest Novell client software,
or Symantec/Norton protected recycle bin utility.

Update to version 4.9x or better. It was definitely a problem
with 4.81, don't know if it was resolved in 4.82.

There _are_ other causes for the slow right-click problem, so
upgrading your Netware client might not fix it.

I've got 4.9.........this is a clean reinstall and it is really frustrating
Any ideas would be appreciated
I heard something about the web server creating a problem..?
 
The list of possible causes is as long as your arm... Removable
media (zip drives, etc), background utilities (antivirus software,
Norton Protected Recycle Bin etc), corrupted user profiles (try
creating a new user and see if you have the same problem),
extreme disk fragmentation, etc etc. Sorry I can't be more
specific.
