delay opening IE6

Ernie Heal

I get a 22 second delay every time I initially open IE6.
The delay does not occour once IE is open, changing sites,
etc. I am running IE6sp1 on Win2k pro sp4 with all the
updates current. I would appreciate any help, this is
getting annoying.....
