Delay in messages appearing in Inbox

Hi. I'm using Outlook 2002 SP3 on a Windows XP SP2 machine connected to
Exchange Server 2003. When new emails are sent to me there is a delay in
them popping into my Inbox. They show up immediately after I click on
something in the Inbox or use an arrow key to change the selected item, but
won't show up for a minute or two if I don't do anything. Most of the
machines at my company are Windows 2k, and this only happens on the new
machine with Windows XP. Any ides on how to get these to refresh immediately?
