Delay in IE7 when opening new tabs

When I right click a link and select "Open in new tab" there is a very
noticable delay before it opens. Is anyone else having this problem?
 
I had the same issue. I also tried a clean install( after intially upgrading
from mce2005) It doesnt happen now.
