If it's not in the recycle bin, there is nothing in XP that can restore it.
However, there are third party applications that might. Go to
www.google.com and type "undelete" without the quotes in the search box and
press enter. You should find a lot of programs that can help with this
issue and some may even have free trial versions.

Hi. If it is in the recycle bin, open the recycle bin and right click the
item you deleted and click on restore. Good luck.
