Alternately, you can start the installation by typing the following
command
in Start, Run:
rundll32.exe setupapi,InstallHinfSection DefaultInstall 132
%windir%\inf\dfrg.inf
It's a single-line command. (watch for line wrap)
And to reinstate the "Install" command for .INF files, apply the .INF file
association fix from here:

Where is your Windows installed ?
Do this Step by step :
1. Open Control Panel > Folder Options > View tab
2. Make sure "Show hidden files and folders" is selected
AND (This is not needed but do it)
Uncheck "Hide protected operating system files(Recommended)"
3. Click OK
4. Click Start > Run
Type "\Windows\Inf\" (With quotes) > Click OK
5. Right click dfrg.inf and choose install
