Defragmenting of Raid 5 array of disks

I have 5 servers 1 running 2k server & 4 Running 2k
Advanced server, 2 are DC's and 1 runs exchange. All of
them are on hardware raid controllers and configured into
raid 5. I have noted that all the disks are highly
fragmented. Is it suitable to use the Defragmentation
tool that is included in with win 2k to defrag these
volumes? Or should I purchase a deframentation tool
specifically for this?

Any advice gratefully received.
 
diskkeeper is a good tool for this purpose.

The built in defragmentation program has limitations. Among others, it
cannot be scheduled. This MS Knowledge Base article has more information:

If you want to look at third party products, PerfectDisk from www.raxco.com
might be an option.
