When I go to run the Defragmenter in Vista Home Premium I get the message:
"The Disk Defragmenter is not installed on your computer. To install it
double click the Add or Remove Program icon in the Control Panel, click
Install/Uninstall tab and then follow instructions on your screen."

First off, the control panel/ add or remove programs is not even set up that
was. There is no option that I can find to install Defragmenter. How do I
get defragmenter back?

I'm afraid what might have happened is I had Disk Keeper 10 installed from
the origianl XP that was running before upgrading to Vista and Disk Keeper
was not compatible with Vista so I uninstalled it. Apparently it took the
Vista defragmenter with it. How can I get the Vista defragmenter back?

Thanks

upgrade to the new diskeeper which has full support of Vista.....Much better
defrag anyways
