After defraging my "c" drive I get a message that say 49
files in one folder could not be defraged. Anyone have
any suggestions? I have a dell running xp with only 20%
of my hard drive being used.

Windows XP's defragger does not defrag every file on the hard disk,
basically for two reasons: Some files/folders don't really need defragging,
and other files are unlikely to be used on a regular basis (e.g restore
points). The upside is faster defragging.
