Something has caused my defrag not to work. When I run
defrag it shuts down the computer after about 40% to 50%.
It will run for that amount then reboots itself is there
any explanation that can help me?

Check the disc for errors.My computer->>>right click on

the hard drive->>>properties->>>tools tab->>>check disc
for errors->>>go thru this,you should get a pop-up box
saying whould you like to check the rest at next
boot,select yes and reboot.Then run your defrag,if
that 's not a fix,try going to this site and look for the
fix for restore defrag.

Run it in safe mode
