Does anyone know if the Drag proram that comes bundled with Windows XP
Professional includes the ability to defrag the the MFT and Page File?
 
Dear Greg,

It will defragment most of the MFT, but there are some metadata
records which cannot be defragmented online. It will not defragment
the Paging File. On NTFS drives, it will also defragment directories.

The built-in defragmenter can defragment the majority of the $MFT but is
unable to defragment the pagefile.
