Is there any way to defrag a drive that has less than 15%
free space? I deleted all the files that I could from my
Server's C drive, but still only have 9% free space. It
allows me to defrag but doesn't seem to make a difference.

Thanks, Dan

Dan,

Using the built-in defragmenter - not really. Using a 3rd party
defragmenter - it depends on which one you use. Most are going to recommend
that you have 10-20% free space. It can be done with a lot less.
