Defrag Problem

I have windows XP Professional and I would like to setup
my defrag to run through the task scheduler automatically
but can't figure out how. When I use the task scheduler
for this operation it just opens the defrag application.
How do I set it up to automatically defrag my system ?
Can I us some cmd line function or what? Seems like they
would have built this function into defrag in the
begining. Thanks to any and all comments.

There is two defrags. A pretty one and a command line one. Use defrag.exe.
