Defrag Problem

When I defrag my c drive running XP Home Edition, it
leaves a sizable lone unfragmented segment out in the
middle of the drive and a very small fragmented segment
near the end of the main group of files. Also the main
group still has several small unused segments interspersed
near the end of the main group. This is after several
attempts to defrag. Why won't it move everything forward?

Sam,

Can you grab a screen capture and post somewhere so that we can see exactly
what you are talking about?
