defrag and scan

I can't find defragment and scan on my computer! I am
using XP Home, and have gone to Start/Accessories/System
Tools and they are not there! Can you help me find them,
and if possible, place them there?

Open my computer and right click the drive. On the tools tab are error
checking (chkdisk) and defragmenter.
