Hi, I have created a form (form/subform actually) for data collection and
now need to be able to print and email it. I presume it has to be in a
report
format and so it was suggested that I simply save the form (as it has the
desired look) as a report. The problem is when I attempt to print it I can't
seem to limit the output to certain records (which are delineated by Form:
address and subform:date)
I have tried a query in which I enter the address when requested and the
date when requested but it does not seem to work as the result shows as
empty. Not sure if that is due to the form/subform ergo Table/subtable setup
or really what the cause is. any suggs would br greatly appreciated. Also I
don't know how much of the form/subform is required to be posted here but it
may be a tad large large to try.
Thanks very much,
-Fred
