There are two common reasons for a margin to not "stick" when you set it in Page
Setup. One is a common bug in Access 2000. This causes all page settings to
revert to the defaults. The fix is to apply all of the Service Releases for
Office 2000, but turning off Name - Autocorrect is a workaround.

The other is if you are attempting to set the margin beyond the limits of your
printer driver. You simply cannot do that. That issue can be directly seen in
the Page Setup dialog. If you enter a zero in any of the margin settings and
then Tab out, it will immediately change to the minimum allowed setting for the
driver. As long as your setting in the dialog doesn't immediately change when
you tab out, then you are likely dealing with the aforementioned bug.
