B Bill Sanderson Mar 8, 2006 #4 Tell me more about this pop-up balloon--I haven't seen this. MPCMDRUN is a command line portion of Windows defender. It does two things--it get signature updates, and it performs scans. What app is creating these balloon popups and what do they say? --
