Defender: uninstall not possible

Hi,
if i try to reinstall defender i get the message: ... first deinstall the
defender
But its not possible to deinstall it.

I deleted all the entries in the registry (may be the most) but without
success.

If i intall defender again he say deinstall the defender first.

Who can help?

Did you try to uninstall Defender by using Add/Remove Programs?

first i tryed to deinstall defender via the softwarepannel it was not
possible.
Then i deleted all the defender entries in the registry.
But if i try to install defender i get the message to deinstall the defender
first. :-(

I'm not sure I know what the softwarepanel is. I'm talking about Control
Panel - Add Remove Programs. It shouldn't be necessary to edit the Registry
to uninstall the program.
