Hello Allen,

During the scans was anything detected and removed or quarantined?

What changed in your system shortly before the problem occurred? Knowing
about a setting change or added software or hardware may be helpful in
solving the problem.

Since you haven't told us anything about your computer, operating system,
antivirus, etc. all I can suggest is that you go through the preparatory
