defender and wmp

Can't burn any music from wmp all of a sudden, I get a message saying
interface not registered. I haven't changed any settings that i know of since
updating to defender. Got a error number 80040155 and there seems to be no
fix, does any forum reader know if this maybe related to defender. Thanks for
all help. Ron.

Haven't seen this posted before--I think you'd probably be better off in a

Bill, went to wmp forum and there is a problem on other systems with
interface not registered. The fix is to redownload wmp over itself, and it's
working just fine now. Thanks for sending me in the right direction
