Defender alert: SiS driver change version 5.0.2195.1

I have been getting this Defender alert all month, maybe 5 times. What is it?
And why should it keep recurring when I allow it each time?

Hello greenhatch

SiS drivers have something to do with your printer. I had the same problem.
My solutions: Tools-->General Stettings-->Advanced Options-->Don't scan
there you type C:\Windows\Sis.
Save your settings and that is all. End of all trouble, at least mine.
