Hi,

On my Dell D800 Laptop, running XP Service Pack 2, the
program is apparently become defective. Running Task
Manager, a program named "gcasDtServ.exe" is using 95 to
100% of the CPU resource and cripples the system to the
point where I can't even run the "Add or Remove Programs"
application so I can uninstall it.

Please advise.

Regards,

Scott

Thanks for the link.

It is going to be a chalange getting anything to run on
this laptop. The gcasDtServ.exe won't let me run anything.

Regards,

Scott
