Defaulting to Local Machine?!?!?

I have a Windows XP machine that is part of the domain but it keeps
defaulting to the local machine when at the login screen? How can I fix this
so that it defaults to the domain and not the local machine?

By default, you don't even see the "Log On To" unless you've clicked the
button to display it.
Do you have TweakUI or anything else loaded on this machine?
Event log show you anything?
