Using OL200, we send out monthly metering readings via
email by putting our name in the To: box, and the customer
list in the Bcc: box. This way our customers do not see
all of our other customers email information, and the
email only shows that customers information.

My question is, to avoid making the mistake and sending
the monthly email out with the customer list in the CC:
box by mistake, is there a way to default to the Bcc: box?

Thank you,
Bryant Harris

I would suggest creating a distribution group for your customers. You
can then add and remove customers from the group easily. This way all
you have to do is click on the bcc box and add the customers group and
click send. If you want to get more advanced about it. You can
change the form for sending message programatically, by opening the
new message window, goto tools, forms, design this form. Delete the
cc box and text box associated with it. then save the form and you
will have a form without a cc box. Then you can add the bcc field and
not have to worry about the cc option. HOpe this helps.
