Hi..

Does Windows XP Pro install an OCR Printer by default? Or perhaps Office
2003 does that.

Where do I get that OCR Image Printer from Microsoft?

Office 2003 installs Image Writer by default. Windows XP doesn't install
any printers by default. Acrobat (full version) installs a PDF 'printer'...
which OCR software application are you running?
 
Your OCR Question brings up a good point...

I NEED Ocr software to convert PDF Files to CSV records.

Can you suggest one?
