Default working folder

Well for PowerPoint 97, which is what I have here at the
moment, you go to Tools--Options and on the Advanced Tab
there is a spot that says "Default File Location."
Changing that will change the default working folder,
assuming I'm understanding your question correctly.

This may be slightly different for later versions, but it
should be something similar.

Hi Jan!

I thought I'd 'slide' by and see how things were in
PowerPoint land. I like the 'layout' of everything around
here. There are a lot of 'animated' threads and things
seem to be 'transitioning' well for the most part. Nice to
relax for a minute and cozy up with a good 'template' and
watch the latest 'show'. Well I guess I better 'pack up
and go' for now.

Hope you hang around then.....it's a beehive of knowledge and fun at the
same time. The bunch here are loads of fun, and *tons* of help. They love
bad puns and spastic humor.... so you'll fit in just great..... <G>

Bad puns?!
Hey, I thought they were pretty good! ;-)

I'm thinking about making a PowerPoint presentation to use
as a type of demo to showcase an Access application. That
won't be for some time though. Just thinking about it for
now.

Kewl! That sounds great! I'm sure you already know about the PPTools
toybox, plus, gobs more goodies at the MVP's websites with awesome stuff.
Even if you're not ready yet, hang around and pitch in where ya can. Some of
us need all the help I can get. I'm afraid Access isn't my only handicap.
'Course, neither is as bad as my bowling. <vbg>

Jan :)
