How do i go about making a Webpage default for all users that logon to a
WinXP machine so that i dont have to change each users settings.

Thanks.

On your 'Owner' account...
Right click on the Task bar and select the 'Properties' menu option.
On the Advanced tab click the Advance tab to open your Documents and
Settings folder.
There you should find a folder called 'All Users' and then a folder
'Desktop'
Here you can add a link to your common HomePage for all users.. It will
appear on every users Desktop.
Or you can place it in the Startup folder so that it loads each time a user
logs on.

But it won't set the HomePage setting for Internet Explorer for all users.

To do that you will need a common ADM script (adm for administration). You
need the IEAK (Internet Explorer Administration Kit) to create that.

See if I have a sample one... just a minute.

It looks pretty complicated... but here is a link to download some sample
adm files from MS

Good luck! I am not sure if there are adm settings to set the home page...
there should be.

Failing that you may like to try a product like NetNanny or your router may
have parental control and security settings
