Go to the Registry Data of the "Win32 API - User" component and look there
for [HKCU\Control Panel\Desktop\Wallpaper] registry entry. Change its value
to set your wallpaper bitmap (make sure your TD switched to Expert mode and
View->Reources option is turned on).
Or just try adding [HKCU\Control
Panel\Desktop\Wallpaper],"yourWallpaperFile.bmp" registry value (make sure
it gets built in the image after "Win32 API - User" component). You may
change HKCU to HKUS\.DEFAULT to affect all user accounts.
