Default View: Single Form still showing multiple record

Hi.
I use form design with the property list below:
Default view: Single form
Record Selector: No
Navigation No:
I also add some command buttons for user to go to next record , previous
record or save record.
When I hand in this prototype to user. My user can see single form in the
screen, but she use her "wheel" in her mouse, then multiple records keep
scrolling. Do I have any other methods to make sure only showing one record
at a time???
 
Thanks. This method is good. But do we have any alternative? Since I can't
copy the dll to each computer who use this program if in multiple user
environment.
