Does anyone know how to change the default user theme so all new users
(domain users) who sign on to abox get the same desktop background? I am
doing some Dell boxes and want to aply a different background, then the Dell
marketing logo. The problem is hte logo I want to use need to be centered
not streched, ( I thought I'd just copy my logo in ove rthe dell.bmp logo,
but it streched the logo beyond recognization.
