Default User/Owner Files

Is it ok to delete one of the above files and increase my hard drive bu 5-6gbte
They both seem duplicates of each other, especially the default file

I wouldn't delete the default user. I believe this is the account that's
used to create new user accounts/profiles. "Owner files", I do not have
on my system. BTW, 5-6 gig seems awful big for Default User folder - like
*2000* times bigger than my folder contents. I don't get it.
