Default to Shared Contacts

How do I get my Outlook Accounts to default to Shared
Contacts in order that each user can automatically pick up
addresses from there when typing first two letters in "To"
 
To see a contact folder as the default address book, you need to do the following:

- Right click on the contact folder
- click on Properties
- click on the Outlook Address Book tab
- select to "Show this folder as an e-mail address book"
